Senior Fundraising and Grants Specialist

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fundraising and Grants Specialist to join our team at Whole Woman's Health Alliance. As a member of our Development Team, you will be responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals/reports that support our organization's goals and meet funder guidelines and criteria.
About the Role:
">This is a remote position, and you must live in one of the following states: VA or MN. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or grants management and possess strong analytical and persuasive writing skills. They will also have superior editing skills, including the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner to a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Grant Proposal Development and Submission: Lead the development and submission of grant proposals, including researching new funding opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with funders, drafting proposals/LOIs, and collaborating with program staff to finalize applications.">
- Grant Compliance and Reporting: Maintain grant compliance and reporting, including outcome measurement and grant budgets, ensuring high standards of effectiveness, timeliness, and completeness.">
- Data Analysis and Research: Conduct research and data analysis to inform grant proposals and community advocacy efforts.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in nonprofit administration, grant writing, or fundraising;">
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or grants management;">
- Demonstrated analytical and persuasive writing skills, as well as superior editing skills;">
- Strong administrative skills and self-motivation, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision;">
- Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);">
- Familiarity with national, governmental, and Chicago funders a plus;">
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to deadlines without sacrificing quality;">
- Demonstrated interest in the mission, vision, and values of Whole Woman's Health Alliance;">
- A competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum;">
- All full-time staff are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance offerings, as well as voluntary insurance offerings and company matched 401(k). All full-time staff earn personal time off and paid holidays. Part-time staff are eligible to enroll in company matched 401(k).">
