This proactive position will involve establishing a performance management framework, defining KPIs, and crafting analytics that underpin business strategy and performance enhancement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding strategic and analytical capabilities, coupled with substantial experience in data analytics, Excel, and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a thorough Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
- Establish and uphold a performance management framework, including the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance business performance.
- Leverage data analytics to support business strategies, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and drive performance upgrades.
- Create and manage analytical tools and reports to deliver insights into business performance and guide decision-making.
- Lead and implement CI initiatives, encompassing process mapping, root cause analysis, and the application of lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, to propel continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of ERP systems, favoring SAP, to ensure streamlined business operations.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on CI methodologies, tools, and techniques to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate performance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas ripe for enhancement.
- Ensure that CI initiatives are in sync with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in CI and business systems to perpetually refine processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, business systems management, or a related domain.
- Extensive expertise in data analytics, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, preferably SAP.
- Strong background in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical abilities, with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proven success in developing and executing CI strategies and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies is highly advantageous.
