Job Description:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Ring up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Requirements:

  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Treat colleagues and customers with respect
  • Take pride and ownership in helping drive positive results for a team
