We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Azadea. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the achievement of key performance indicators.

Employee Relations

Manage employee relations programs, including employee engagement, retention, and turnover initiatives.

Recruitment and Selection

Lead the recruitment process, develop and implement selection tools and methods, and conduct interviews to ensure the best fit for the organization.

Performance Management

Develop and implement performance management processes, including performance development plans and performance improvement plans.

Training and Development

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support the development of leadership capabilities.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices.

Reporting and Analytics

Provide HR metrics and analytics to support business decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Language

Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Train-the-trainer (TTT) and Coaching certifications are a must.

Experience

2 to 3 years of experience in HR within a retail company.

Competencies
