Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the achievement of key performance indicators.
Employee RelationsManage employee relations programs, including employee engagement, retention, and turnover initiatives.
Recruitment and SelectionLead the recruitment process, develop and implement selection tools and methods, and conduct interviews to ensure the best fit for the organization.
Performance ManagementDevelop and implement performance management processes, including performance development plans and performance improvement plans.
Training and DevelopmentDesign and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support the development of leadership capabilities.
Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices.
Reporting and AnalyticsProvide HR metrics and analytics to support business decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
LanguageFluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
SkillsProficiency in MS Office, Train-the-trainer (TTT) and Coaching certifications are a must.
Experience2 to 3 years of experience in HR within a retail company.
