POSITION SUMMARY

  • Supervise and guide various service teams and rig personnel in the appropriate handling and assembly standards for VAM USA products.
  • Lead rig and casing crews in the application and field assessment of innovative products.
  • Conduct essential inspections of VAM USA products on-site to ensure compliance with field inspection standards.
  • Provide procedural guidance and oversee operations to guarantee that products are installed and maintained efficiently, maximizing their design performance.
  • Engage with customer representatives to discuss previous and upcoming projects, identifying areas for enhancement and fostering positive relationships.
  • Ensure completion of service reports.
  • Support sales efforts by accompanying or assisting in customer interactions.
  • Manage and oversee all equipment and accessory inventory.
  • Verify connection signatures for acceptance or rejection and ensure calibration of connection assembly equipment.
  • Order necessary service equipment and arrange shipment to job sites as required.
  • Adhere to the Smith System of driving while operating company vehicles.
  • Be available for on-call duties in line with company policies to meet customer needs.
  • Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred; advanced education is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in OCTG services.
  • In-depth knowledge of well completions.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of understanding and executing instructions with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Must be able to pass required testing as necessary.
