Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Door Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons. As a Door Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Guests with a Smile: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, and assist with luggage as needed.
  • Provide Directions and Information: Offer directions and information about the hotel and local area to ensure our guests have a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Entrance: Ensure the entrance area is clean and organized, and that all necessary amenities are available.
  • Assist with Valet Parking: Assist with valet parking services and ensure that all vehicles are parked and retrieved safely.
  • Ensure Guest Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings at all times.
Requirements:
