Job Summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive skilled services as ordered by the attending physician, including physical therapy, education, and patient advocacy.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a PTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
