We are seeking a Transformation Principal to lead initiatives within the COMET Transformation Office. This role is pivotal in supporting operational excellence, strategic planning, innovation, and collaboration across various sectors to meet key efficiency and affordability objectives outlined in the Transformation Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution:
Under the guidance of the Chief Transformation Officer, you will develop and implement strategies that support operational excellence. This includes conducting thorough analyses of existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and overseeing the deployment of new strategies.

Leadership and Management:
You will lead cross-functional teams comprising leadership, technical experts, and process improvement specialists. Your role will involve managing projects within defined parameters while ensuring adherence to project management standards and mentoring team members in established improvement methodologies.

Client and Team Engagement:
Establish and maintain transparent and strategic relationships with both senior leadership and frontline teams, fostering trust and collaboration at all organizational levels.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operational process analysis and redesign, demonstrating a history of successful transformations across various functions. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in operational transformation roles.
  • Expertise in leading transformational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation practices and their implementation in complex environments.
  • Ability to develop actionable project plans for both macro and micro-level changes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Production Control Systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Primavera.
  • Formal training in continuous improvement methodologies.

Work Environment:
This role may require both indoor and outdoor work across various locations, necessitating the ability to navigate diverse terrains and adhere to safety protocols.
