Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on solutions to issues that exist at the team, division, and enterprise levels
  • Lead enterprise decision making exercises with various strategy workshops with stakeholders across the firm
  • Support the translation of enterprise strategic objectives across multiple time horizons, integrating findings from internal research, external developments, and leadership's priorities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure key business questions and needs are addressed
  • Operate autonomously in environments where excellent thought leadership and ability to collaborate with peers and senior leaders is required for progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 5-7 years, preferred 7+ years
  • Possesses growth mindset to understand the firm's long-term strategy and competitive environment
  • Experience contributing to high-impact strategy assignments is preferred
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to evaluate problems and issues from multiple points of view
