Job Summary: The Clinical Director will play a critical role in leading our clinical team, developing and implementing clinical programming, and improving clinical quality. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional with a Master's degree from an accredited college or university, current and unrestricted professional clinical license in state of employment, and three years of progressive clinical counseling experience in a behavioral health setting.

The Clinical Director will be responsible for hiring, training, and retaining new teammates, providing individual and group therapy sessions, performing quality assurance activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits including 18 days PTO, 401k with company match, and full benefits package.
