We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$60, with opportunities for bonuses and guaranteed pay increases. The ideal candidate will possess current licensure as a dental hygienist in Ohio, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required), and excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs is essential. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting and standing, with the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. We strive to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients. Prior to starting employment, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
