About the Job

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Alcott HR. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments, including Human Resources, Benefits, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to learn and work within multiple platforms and systems. You will be responsible for providing information and assistance to internal and external clients regarding specific processes, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing a variety of clerical, technical, administrative, and office duties in support of various internal departments.
  • Learning and working within multiple platforms and systems to complete tasks.
  • Assisting with projects focused on supporting departmental organization and efficiency.
  • Interacting with client contacts to obtain necessary information for regulatory processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an administrative role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong technology skills and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

$20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
