Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including diesel engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in the training of lower-level technicians and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment.
  • Use technology, such as laptops and tablets, to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with team members.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, emissions, diesel, gasoline, and record-keeping systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to achieve project goals and timelines.
  • Proven analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated interest in renewable energy through work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
