Job Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Team Post-Op, Inc. This role will be responsible for making outbound patient phone calls, conducting patient surveys, and providing education on treatment protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound patient phone calls to discuss treatment plans and answer questions
  • Conduct patient surveys to assess satisfaction with care
  • Provide education on treatment protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

This is an in-office position with the possibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
