Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar el proceso de ventas de repuestos desde el inicio hasta el final.
  • Interactuar con el personal y los clientes de manera amigable y profesional.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva el estado de las piezas a los clientes.
  • Leer y comprender el catálogo de piezas al buscar y hablar sobre piezas específicas.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas, proporcionar cotizaciones y otra información a los clientes.
  • Revisar estimaciones de talleres para verificar que las piezas solicitadas sean correctas y que los precios estén alineados con la estimación.
  • Brindar un servicio de alta calidad tanto a clientes internos como externos.
  • Recoger y completar pedidos de stock y mantener controles semanales de inventario para asegurar la precisión del stock.
  • Notificar al gerente de repuestos sobre piezas o materiales de taller que necesiten atención inmediata.
  • Localizar piezas fuera de stock de fuentes externas y enviar un pedido de emergencia, si es necesario.
  • Asegurarse de que todas las solicitudes internas de piezas se facturen en la orden de reparación del servicio.
  • Recibir pagos de clientes minoristas o obtener autorización de crédito.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente y experiencia previa en ventas de repuestos automotrices (preferido).
  • Disposición para mejorar en un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos de seguridad y mantenimiento.
  • Habilidad para calcular cifras y montos, incluyendo descuentos, intereses, comisiones, proporciones, %, área, circunferencia y volumen.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y récord de conducción limpio.
