Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including simple construction, repairs to roadways and walkways, routine preventive maintenance, and heavy janitorial and general services work.
  • Operate a motor vehicle to transport equipment and personnel as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Eighth grade education.
  • Four years of experience in any combination of the maintenance trades, with three years in the trades of electricity, plumbing, steam fitting, refrigeration, or air conditioning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working in a residential facility.
  • Experience in carpentry.
