Job Summary: As a Senior Meat Cutter at Walmart, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering exceptional customer service to our members. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities: Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service. Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, and collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
