Dedicated School Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

About the PositionAs a member of our collaborative team, you will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders. Your expertise will contribute to the educational success of our students while fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to address speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
You will also monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
