Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Director to lead our regional operations and drive excellence in clinical service delivery. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative operations within your region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting client satisfaction, retention, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of all clinical and administrative operations within your region
  • Driving regional excellence through data-driven decision making and collaborative leadership
  • Collaboration with senior leaders to develop regional business strategies and foster growth
  • Leadership and support of a team of supervisors, promoting a positive, collaborative culture
  • Utilization of data to guide clinical quality initiatives and optimize outcomes
  • Maintenance of regulatory and licensure compliance across all locations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Active LBA Certification as issued by the TX Dept of Licensing & Regulation
  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management experience
  • Experience working in behavioral healthcare or a related industry
  • Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, you can expect:
