About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Magnolia Ridge Center in Gardendale, AL. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Assist with transferring patients/residents from wheelchairs to beds or other equipment
  • Monitor patients'/residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Requirements
