Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our team at HandCraft Services. As a Lead Class A Driver, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff of drivers, training new staff, scheduling the driving team, and preparing reports for upper management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision of assigned drivers and monitor performance
  • Assist with in-service programs and conduct safe driving and working methods training
  • Train and supervise assigned personnel, including drivers and monitors
  • Prepare and maintain driver records and cover routes as needed
  • Load linen carts onto trucks/trailers and deliver products to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience driving a tractor trailer
  • Open availability to cover all routes
  • Meets all DOT requirements
  • Physically able to perform duties of the position
