We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team, responsible for providing guidance, direction, and supervision to maintenance employees in support of departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide maintenance employees with guidance, direction, and supervision to ensure effective departmental operations.
  • Performance Management: Promptly address performance issues and promote a positive work environment by regularly communicating with employees.
  • Maintenance Operations: Execute planned and scheduled maintenance operations within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Work Environment: Maintain well-organized and productive work areas, and work with others to achieve department and company goals and objectives.
  • Special Projects: Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required, Two-year college degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operational environment.
  • Skills: Practical understanding of industrial/maintenance principles, standards, methods, and practices; knowledge of disciplined problem-solving methods; flexibility in terms of shift assignments and/or rotations; ability to work extensive hours in support of continuous operations.
  • Software and Tools: Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Work, and Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions.
