Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement education programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pediatric ICU.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
