Upon successful completion of your training, you will become part of a collaborative team of healthcare experts, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and experienced PCTs, dedicated to patient care.

No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
Training may occur in various facilities or training clinics.
Flexibility to work at different clinics during and after training is required.
Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential.
What to Expect:
Direct Patient Interaction. Spend most of your time providing one-on-one care to ensure safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
Our PCTs manage multiple patients.
Technical Responsibilities.
Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, including recording vital statistics, patient observations, and preparing hemodialysis machines.
You will encounter blood and needles in this role.Build long-term relationships with patients undergoing treatment for end-stage renal disease, typically receiving care three times a week.
You will also educate patients on topics related to kidney dialysis.Team Collaboration. Work alongside a diverse team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:
A genuine desire to enter the healthcare field and assist those in need.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Comfortable working with blood and needles.
Ability to mix medical solutions.
Physical and mental stamina to work long hours (some shifts may exceed 12 hours) while standing, so comfortable footwear is recommended. Our commitment is to ensure patient safety.
Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics as needed.Previous healthcare experience is a plus, including certifications such as BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
