LPN in Senior Care Responsibilities:
  • Establish connections with our residents, their families, and healthcare providers to develop care plans using critical thinking, a comprehensive perspective, and sound judgment.
  • Guide co-workers in monitoring and addressing residents' needs with urgency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, oversee their directives, and manage medications to ensure continuous, high-quality care is delivered.
  • Educate residents and their families about health and wellness topics pertinent to the care plan.
  • Act as and share the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.
LPN in Senior Care Requirements:
  • LPN license in the state of employment.
  • CPR certification; if not certified, we will cover the cost for you to obtain certification.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not mandatory. New nurses are encouraged to apply.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to build relationships with residents, their families, and our team members.
  • Capability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
