Securities Licensed Sales Team Member

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a State Farm independent contractor agent, providing comprehensive financial planning and advice to existing State Farm customer households.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a career agent to develop a business plan and deliver against a client service model.
  • Maintain and enhance new and existing relationships through active communication with customers, processing customer requests, resolving inquiries, and providing guidance.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgment.
  • Exhibit unwavering integrity and a passion for educating clients on financial technology and channels.
  • Provide a holistic view of clients' needs and financial coaching beyond investments.
  • Understand and ensure business adherence with Wuest Insurance and Financial Services Inc. and financial industry regulatory policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 6 and/or 65, or 63 licenses and/or ChFC.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.

Compensation

$48k-$60k base salary + commission
