Are you passionate about leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? At Jet's Pizza, we are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of a Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with guests and collaborate with all team members.
  • Train and mentor new staff on various food preparation stations.
  • Oversee all opening and closing procedures, including dough preparation, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Manage labor costs efficiently by aligning staffing levels with sales volume.
  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with Jet's Pizza's standards and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and equipment maintenance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
  • Capable of bending, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds for tasks such as stocking and dough preparation.
  • Engage in constant face-to-face interactions with both crew members and customers, while navigating a busy kitchen environment safely.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Working Conditions:

  • Shifts typically range from eight to ten hours, with variations as needed.
  • Managers should be prepared for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with additional responsibilities for opening and closing.
  • Lead team members by exemplifying Jet's Pizza's core values in every interaction.
  • Adhere to Jet's Pizza's uniform and personal hygiene standards during each shift, fostering a fun and energetic work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cooking standards, food preparation, and recipe compliance.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a Shift Supervisor role or 1 year as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager is required.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Consent to background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screenings.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cost management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
