Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment under the guidance of engineers.
- Execute minor repairs on process equipment and perform skilled welding for modifications and fabrications as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses following company policies, maintaining accurate records of jobs and maintenance activities, and providing insightful recommendations.
- Uphold all safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete related tasks as directed by supervisors and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Welding and Fabrication Duties:
- Repair, modify, design, or fabricate various metal components.
- Utilize gas and electric welding equipment to cut, fit, and weld different metals.
- Perform skilled brazing and soldering tasks.
- Operate a range of power tools, including grinders, drills, and cutting tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency with metal fabrication tools such as press brakes, lathes, and sheet metal equipment.
- Conduct minor maintenance and repairs on machinery as needed.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial fabrication is required, showcasing high proficiency in relevant areas.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is mandatory.
- Completion of OSHA training is highly preferred.

Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong fabrication skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Safety-conscious with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work may be performed in environments with temperature extremes and elevated platforms, along with exposure to some hazardous conditions.
