Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met and customer needs are exceeded.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to customers, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide estimates for painting services.
- Win sales commitments in a competitive market by providing exceptional customer service and building trust with clients.
- Prepare weekly analysis of sales results and provide insights to the sales team.
- 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred.
- Experience in B2B commercial sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, and construction preferred.
