Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Officer to join our team at Stixis Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales within the US technology services industry.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the US tech services space.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Utilize your existing network and develop new relationships to generate high-quality leads and convert them into signed contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts to foster ongoing partnerships and drive long-term business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure timely closure of business deals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the US technology services industry.
  • Strong existing network or connections in the US tech sector (CXO/VP level relationships are highly preferred).
  • Ability to quickly convert prospects into closed deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to operate independently.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
