We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Tenure-Track Associate Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician and instructor who will participate in clinical activities, research, and teaching.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery
  • Participate in clinical activities, including patient care and supervision
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs
  • Engage in service activities, including committee work and governance
Qualifications
  • DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited advanced education training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons or eligibility to become certified
  • Minnesota Dental License or eligibility for dental/specialist licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • Ability to obtain a deep sedation / general anesthesia licensure through the state board of dentistry
