We are seeking a motivated Sales Guide to join our team at Anderson Ford of Grand Island. As a Sales Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction to customers.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

The successful Sales Guide will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating product knowledge and application, as well as explaining performance and benefits to consumers.
  • Assisting all customers to experience better as they enter the dealership.
  • Establishing personal performance goals and devising a strategy to meet them.
  • Reporting to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a clean and valid driver's license
  • Submit to a drug screen and background check
