About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lubrication Specialist to join our team at PURIS Proteins. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lubrication programs to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Select and apply lubricants, greases, and other materials to ensure proper equipment function
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation and records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on lubrication best practices and equipment operation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in lubrication and maintenance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial technology) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or lubrication role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, lubrication principles, and maintenance practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
