Job Responsibilities

  • Verify and maintain accuracy of patient documents and files
  • Enter data into our system with precision and speed
  • Process paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create new patient files and maintain existing ones
  • File patient documents and maintain a secure and organized environment
  • Communicate with outside clinics to collect missing paperwork
  • Request patient medical records and maintain confidentiality
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patients for visits and maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior medical office experience
  • Experience with medical insurance and referrals
  • High proficiency in PC systems, tools, and applications
  • Bilingual a plus
