We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our team at Carolina QuickCare. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and creating a positive experience for our patients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $65.00 per hour. The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in 12-hour increments to accommodate patient needs. Weekend rotation is typically every other to every 3rd weekend, allowing for a good work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and create a positive experience for our patients
- Work independently with a supportive team behind you
- Build bridges between clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless communication
- Use your problem-solving skills to address patient needs and concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Licensed FNP or PA in North Carolina with 2+ years of APP experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
- Competitive hourly rate of $65.00 per hour
