As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Triage and admit patients, prioritizing their needs and providing timely and effective care
- Assist with procedures, start IVs, and administer medications as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Arrange transfers and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
- Provide discharge instructions to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care
- Current GA license in good standing
- Previous nursing experience preferred, but not required
