Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify diagnosis and develop comprehensive plans of care.
  • Perform age-appropriate competency skills and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Discharge patients when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention.
Requirements:
  • Active state license as a physical therapist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years.
