Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Admission and Discharge processes
- Complete and follow up on accident and incident reports
- Accurately transcribe Physician orders and document resident information as required, keeping physicians and families informed
- Review medication orders for completeness and accuracy
- Adapt to and learn the Electronic Medical Record system as necessary
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Understand and engage in the Care Planning Process, participating in Care conferences and updates
- Foster positive working relationships with all team members to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Engage in ongoing education and training programs
- Maintain a current license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state
- Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies

- Must be willing to receive the COVID Vaccine or obtain a Medical or Religious Exemption.
