As a Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by maintaining and repairing their instruments with precision and craftsmanship. Your work will involve interacting with customers to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to meet their expectations.

You will also be expected to maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned. To succeed in this role, you should have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including product knowledge on Guitar Center products. A foundational understanding of sales techniques and ability to effectively train learners would be an added advantage.

Guitar Center offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
