As a skilled Luthier, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of instrument repair and maintenance. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that customer-owned instruments receive top-notch care, while also contributing to the upkeep of our store inventory. By delivering outstanding workmanship and providing excellent customer service, you will help drive business growth and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
* Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
* Maintain store-owned gear as requested
* Complete warranty repairs efficiently
* Additional duties as assigned
