Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting both internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
2. Preparing comprehensive reports on audit findings and presenting these to management, along with actionable recommendations.
3. Reviewing financial statements for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Assisting in the development of the annual audit plan and risk assessment processes.
5. Providing mentorship and support to junior audit staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
6. Collaborating with various departments to enhance audit processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Audit Compliance.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
8. Certification as a Public Accountant (CPA) or Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferred.
