Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Culver's Sanitation and Food Safety Practices: Ensure that all areas of the restaurant meet the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Rotate Stock and Complete Scheduled Maintenance: Rotate stock to ensure that new items are placed behind older items, and complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
  • Keep Areas Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage areas and equipment.
  • Monitor Shelf Life and Code Dates: Regularly check the shelf life and code dates of all food and supplies to ensure that they are within safe limits.
  • Take Temperatures of Required Foods: Accurately take temperatures of required foods upon delivery to ensure that they are within safe limits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
