Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Culver's sanitation and food safety practices.
  • Rotate stock to ensure new items are placed behind older items, promoting efficient inventory management.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor shelf life and code dates to prevent expired or spoiled products.
  • Take accurate temperatures of required foods upon delivery.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
