Job Summary:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Clevelander Ocean LP property, ensuring a high level of service quality and guest satisfaction. This role supports servers in maintaining table settings and ensures the efficient flow of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Service Preparation: Complete assigned side-work duties, including setting up tables, aligning chairs, and restocking supplies.
• Service Delivery: Maintain cleanliness in assigned stations, communicate with host and service staff to ensure seamless service, and assist with removing dirty dishes and glasses from guest tables.
• Post-Service Tasks: Run soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware to the dish wash area, and ensure the cleanliness of trash areas and all trash-related duties.
• Station Maintenance: Ensure bus stations are stocked and cleaned before each shift, and maintain the appropriate levels of equipment and product in service stations.
• Compliance and Quality: Maintain and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and adhere to high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma preferred.
