Position Summary:

The Apartment Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring our vacant apartments are ready for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing vacant units for occupancy.
  • Conducting plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Performing electrical work as needed.
  • Executing drywall repairs.
  • Painting and touch-ups.
  • Repairing or replacing appliances.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Providing exceptional service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responding promptly to service requests and emergency situations as directed by management.
  • Maintaining the property's exterior to ensure it remains clean and visually appealing.
  • Carrying out housekeeping tasks as required, including snow removal during winter months.
  • Overseeing maintenance of pools, spas, and associated areas, if applicable.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
  • Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance maintenance, and painting.
