Tri-Cities Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing quality, accessible healthcare to migrant and farm workers in our community. With six clinical sites strategically positioned to serve the underserved populations of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and neighboring cities, we offer a wide range of services, including dental care, optometry, pharmacy needs, behavioral health, and endocrinology.

Opportunity

We are seeking passionate, driven Registered Nurses to join our Care Team. Our RNs work closely with providers and medical assistants within our multidisciplinary clinics to provide high-quality and compassionate patient care. As a Registered Nurse at Tri-Cities Community Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients through delivery of exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, discuss, and communicate patient plans or plans of care in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care services provided to patients
  • Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to accurately and completely document nursing functions
  • Perform departmental opening and closing functions when assigned
  • Demonstrate skills and judgment necessary to provide non-direct care to patients
  • Upkeep departmental supplies and inventory
  • Upkeep all areas of the assigned department to ensure high levels of cleanliness
  • Function as a mentor for current and/or new staff members
  • Act as a liaison between other departments
  • Effectively and efficiently respond to emergency codes
  • Maintain up-to-date certification and medical knowledge
  • Follow organization's exposure control plans and bloodborne and airborne pathogens protocol
  • Work on a team to surpass departmental goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees
