Signature HealthCARE of East Louisville is a 128-bed facility that offers a range of healthcare services, including long-term care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, dialysis, wound care, and 24-hour skilled nursing care for patients who have been hospitalized or have chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents
  • Supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants
  • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
  • Confirm that all nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Active RN license in the state of residence
  • Current/active CPR Certification
  • Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills
