Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide nursing care and administer medication to our members, perform assessments and monitor vital signs, and coordinate care with other member services. Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and administer medication to members according to individual plans of care and physician's orders
  • Perform assessments and monitor vital signs, reporting abnormalities to physicians
  • Coordinate care with other member services, including dietary, pharmacy, dental, and rehabilitation services
  • Assist members with daily functional activities, such as hygiene, meals, and social activities
  • Ensure members receive care in a loving and joyful environment
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Current RN or LPN License, CPR certification, and valid malpractice insurance policy
  • 1-2 years full-time equivalent experience in a licensed healthcare facility
  • Prior experience working with the elderly and/or adults with disabilities strongly preferred
