As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing direction and supervision to employees within the Environmental Services department to ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Environmental Services staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in Environmental Services or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and hospital standards related to Environmental Services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
