Environmental Services Assistant

Maine Veterans' Homes - Caribou is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Environmental Services Assistant to join our team. This per diem position involves working on an as-needed basis, performing various housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your ability to work independently and efficiently will be essential in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English
- Basic computer skills
